Where do you deliver?
Currently, Premium Outlets Malaysia does not support the shipment of items to addresses outside of the Malaysia. All our products are shipped by local courier.
How much is the shipping rate?
Shipping fee/rate may vary according to the individual seller.
Who ships my order?
Orders are shipped directly by the individual sellers.
Shipment Processing Time
Varies by sellers. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless explicitly listed on the Product Page. In general, orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If our sellers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.
How do I track my shipment?
A shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped by a seller. If you purchased from multiple sellers on a single order, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails. Please check your Junk Mail in case it's there!
Each email will contain your tracking number(s). You may track the shipment at the courier's website.
Why is my tracking number not traceable?
Once your order is "shipped" and handed over to the respective delivery courier, contacting them directly will be more efficient and faster to receive updates on any questions or concerns you may have regarding the whereabouts of your order.

In the process of delivering your item to you, your package goes through a series of stages. Here's a quick guide to easily decode the delivery statuses
Processing = Product preparing by Seller
Shipped = Product shipped out by Seller
Delivered = Product received by Shopper
